Our goal is to satisfy our customers, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied, you can return or exchange your product within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer has the right to return or exchange the product if:

The product was not delivered

The quality characteristics of the product are not preserved

Products that are free of scratches, breaks, and stains may be returned and exchanged.

Exchanges are possible for products of either the same price or a higher price.

Returns are carried out in the same payment method as the purchase.

The amount refunded to the bank debit/credit card is returned within 14 days.

The return of the product purchased by cash is possible by presenting the product to one of our stores.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The product shall be returned in the original packaging, with the receipt documents and the return receipt.

The receipt must clearly state the reason for your return.

Note: For security reasons, the contents of the package, such as jewelry, silver, gold, or other related items, should not be written on the package.
