All orders placed from abroad will be processed in one to three business days. The delivery service will be your package’s second stop. As soon as the delivery services give tracking information, you will receive it via email (be sure to check your spam folder).

Note: You have 24 hours from the time and date of order placement to cancel. You can only cancel an order within a day since, as was previously explained, it takes one to three days to process.

All shipping costs are dependent on the weight of the products; customs and taxes are not included in the shipping price listed on the website.
